Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, but we don't guarantee that descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free, and we reserve the right to correct any errors.

Orders & Payment

Orders are currently accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion — for example, in cases of stock unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraud — and will notify you if this happens.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Wholesale & Private Label Orders

Wholesale and private label orders are governed by the minimum order quantities, pricing, and timelines agreed upon per inquiry, typically confirmed via a pro-forma invoice before production begins. These terms are supplementary to, not a replacement for, any separately signed agreement.

Intellectual Property

The PantChic name, logo, product designs, and site content are the property of PantChic and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

PantChic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
