Shipping Within Pakistan

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan — from Karachi and Lahore to Islamabad and beyond — with tracked courier shipping.

• Flat shipping rate: ₨200 per order
• Free shipping on orders over ₨4,998
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from order confirmation
• Payment method: Cash on Delivery (COD)

You'll receive tracking details once your order ships. Delivery times may vary slightly for remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order doesn't fit or isn't right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In their original condition with tags attached
• In the original packaging where possible

To start a return or exchange, contact us via our Contact page or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the next steps, including pickup or drop-off arrangements.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we'll confirm approval and process your refund or exchange. Since orders are placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued via bank transfer or exchanged for store credit, as agreed with our support team.

Wholesale & Export Shipping

For bulk and international orders, shipping is arranged FOB (Karachi) or CIF to your destination port, with terms agreed per order. See our Wholesale page for details on shipping timelines to UAE and Europe.
